Some weeks ago, a young dancer called Trinity Inay danced Lizzo’s hit ‘Boys’ in a brilliant way. Her performance seduced one of the most recognized choreographers in the world, and motivated him to post it on his Instagram profile. Brian Friedman’s social media post made the video viral.
“Literally the hardest and cleanest hitter ever!”, said Brian Friedman, who choreographed the song which Trinity Inay danced. The video surpassed 500K views in a few days, and generated more than 1.000 comments. Inay also posted her routine on Insta, achieving more than 300K clicks.
We must say that Brian Friedman is one of the most recognized choreographers in the entertainment industry. He has worked with many popular music artists, including tours, and TV and film productions. The ‘Boys’ routine took part in Kreativ Mndz Dance Academy, in California, where Trinity is based now. She’s a 18-year-old diamond from Seattle.
A dancer who changed gymnastics
Trinity showcased in Abby Ultimate Dance Competition and placed 3rd in the competition. But hip-hop is not only her main focus. Previously, Trinity also did gymnastics and became a Level 8 State Gymnastic Champion. Unfortunately, she found out she had an allergic reaction to the chalk that gymnasts use for their hands.
Jazz and hip-hop are Trinity’s favorite styles. She joined Willdabeast Adams’s dance group Lil Beasts in 2014 and previously joined Sugar N Spice with a stage name of HoneyBee. Nowadays she works with the best choreographers, such as Brian Friedman, and top academies, like The Edge or Millenium.
